These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Canna-Post™, a cannabis grower community created and operated by Terps USA LLC (“Canna-Post,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using Canna-Post, you agree to these Terms.
1. Canna-Post Is a Grower Community
Canna-Post provides tools that allow growers to document grows, upload photographs, maintain grow journals, share experiences, interact with other growers and access AI-assisted organization and information through Canna-Brain™ and related features.
Canna-Post does not sell cannabis through the community and is not a marketplace for buying or selling cannabis or other controlled substances.
2. Legal Use
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws concerning cannabis possession, cultivation, processing and distribution.
Nothing on Canna-Post authorizes activity that is illegal where you live.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.
Information provided when creating an account should be accurate, and you may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
4. Your Content
Growers create the content that makes Canna-Post useful.
You retain ownership of original content you submit to Canna-Post, including photographs, grow journals, posts, comments and other materials, subject to any rights belonging to others.
By posting content to Canna-Post, you give Terps USA LLC and Canna-Post a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, organize, format and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and provide Canna-Post and its features.
This permission includes processing submitted content through Canna-Brain™ and other automated or artificial-intelligence systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content you post.
5. Public Content
Content posted to public areas of Canna-Post may be viewed by other users and visitors.
Do not publish information, photographs or other material that you want to remain private.
6. Growers Create. AI Organizes.
Canna-Post uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to help organize and make community knowledge more useful.
Canna-Brain™ may analyze or organize information submitted by growers and may generate summaries, suggestions, connections or other AI-assisted information.
AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as a guarantee of results.
The experiences of other growers may also not produce the same results in your environment.
7. Community Conduct
Canna-Post is intended for sharing grow experience and knowledge.
Users may not use Canna-Post to:
- Buy or sell cannabis or controlled substances
- Arrange illegal transactions
- Promote or facilitate illegal activity
- Threaten, harass or abuse other users
- Impersonate another person
- Post content they do not have the right to use
- Distribute malware, spam or fraudulent material
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Canna-Post
- Scrape or harvest user information through unauthorized automated means
- Use Canna-Post in a manner that violates applicable law
We may remove content or restrict or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.
8. Grow Information Is Educational
Content on Canna-Post comes from growers with different environments, methods, experience levels and legal circumstances.
Information available through Canna-Post, its users or Canna-Brain™ is provided for informational and educational purposes.
Canna-Post does not guarantee cultivation results, yields, plant health, product safety or the accuracy of user-generated or AI-generated information.
Users are responsible for their own decisions and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
The Canna-Post™ name, Canna-Brain™ name, branding, website design, software and other Canna-Post-owned materials are owned by or licensed to Terps USA LLC and may not be copied or used without authorization.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of user-created content to Canna-Post.
10. Third-Party Services
Canna-Post may use or link to third-party websites, software or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party services that we do not control.
11. Platform Availability and Changes
Canna-Post will continue to evolve.
We may add, remove, modify or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, performance or operation of the community.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Canna-Post for violations of these Terms, threats to the platform or community, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse or other conduct that reasonably creates risk for Canna-Post or its users.
Users may also request closure of their accounts by contacting us.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Canna-Post is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Terps USA LLC makes no guarantee that information provided by users, Canna-Brain™ or other features will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terps USA LLC and Canna-Post will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Canna-Post or reliance on content available through the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Canna-Post develops.
The current version will be posted on Canna-Post with its effective date. Continued use of Canna-Post after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
